Global Delivery CoverageOur official compliant delivery covers most countries and major overseas regions. Eligible shipping destinations are determined by real-time system verification at checkout. Delivery to extremely remote islands, polar regions, war-torn areas, and international logistics prohibited zones is automatically blocked and cannot be manually enforced. If you enter a virtual, remote, or invalid address, we will intercept the order, issue a full refund, or contact you via email to revise the address without penalty.

General Shipping TimeframeThe cross-border delivery process includes internal order review, warehousing sorting, shipping to carriers, international trunk transportation, destination sorting, and final delivery. The estimated standard timeframe is 7–21 business days. This is a general estimate only and excludes holidays, routine customs inspections, peak-season congestion, weather-related route adjustments, etc. Business days are Monday–Friday; weekends, international public holidays, and cross-border logistics industry closures are not counted. Customers acknowledge and accept reasonable cross-border logistics fluctuations before ordering.

Customs Clearance Compliance & Tax ResponsibilityAll cross-border packages must undergo legal customs clearance in accordance with local laws, import regulations, and consumer product standards. All official duties, import taxes, inspection fees, and local compliance charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We only provide truthful order documents, product compliance materials, and brand qualifications to assist clearance. We do not pay taxes, cover fees, or accept liability for clearance delays. If you refuse clearance, fail to pay taxes, or provide false information resulting in package detention, return, or disposal, all costs and losses shall be borne by you.

24/7 Autonomous Logistics TrackingOnce the package is shipped and scanned by the carrier, the system will immediately send a unique tracking number and official real-time tracking link to your registered email. You may copy the number to check the full transit status on the carrier’s official website, including shipping, transit, customs clearance, and final delivery. For stagnant or abnormal tracking, contact customer service via email for urgent investigation.

Packaging & Product Protection During TransitClothing is packed in brand-specific waterproof/dustproof bags and rigid crush-resistant boxes, with anti-wrinkle tissue to prevent minor transit creases. Minor outer packaging wear, creases, or corner bumps that do not affect wear are not eligible for damage claims. For severe tearing, contamination, loss, or serious damage, keep on-site photographic evidence and report via email immediately. We will assist with official carrier claims and arrange re-delivery or full refund based on claim results.
